College Paper Assignment: Bash Sarah Palin
Denver college teacher directs his students to write an essay contradicting what he called the “fairy tale image” of Alaska Governor Sarah Palin.

This from OneNewsNow.com:
Janna Barber is a student at Metro State College in Denver, Colorado, where she attends an English class taught by Andrew Hallam — who she describes as a “self-styled liberal Bush basher.” The controversy began when Hallam gave an assignment that directed his students to write an essay contradicting what he called the “fairy tale image” of Alaska Governor Sarah Palin. Furthermore, according to Barber, Hallam asked Republican students to identify themselves, and then he sat back and laughed while other students ridiculed them and shouted four-letter obscenities.
This upset Barber, who filed a complaint with the school and brought the matter to the attention of the local CBS affiliate. Since then she has appeared on Fox News and the O’Reilly Factor.
Matt Barber is Janna’s older brother and the director of cultural affairs at Liberty Counsel. He says the school has been “obstinate” about the incident thus far.
“They are really setting out my sister Janna and trying to portraying her as kind of a lone agitator in this situation,” says the Liberty Counsel spokesman. “And [they] are not expressing any remorse and are giving no indication that they intend to exercise any disciplinary action against Professor Hallam, which is definitely due.”

The Scrooge Report is all about the news and then some! You’ll soon find out that this site has little to do with Ebenezer, other than hopefully help in a kind of awakening as the Charles Dickens character had in the novel.
My aim is to offer news and information about the spiritual battles that go on every day…at least those we may be able to recognize!
