Son of Evangelist Greg Laurie Killed
Everyman’s evangelist preacher Greg Laurie lost his son, Christopher, today in an auto accident. Laurie is founder of the annual Harvest events. His son, 33, served as the art director at Harvest Christian Fellowship.
Please keep this precious family in prayer, that God’s peace and comfort would envelop them and that He would guard and embrace their grieving hearts.

Christopher Laurie, son of Pastor Greg Laurie and Cathe Laurie of Harvest Christian Fellowship in Riverside, California, died this morning in a car accident in Riverside. A resident of Huntington Beach, Laurie, 33, served as the art director at Harvest Christian Fellowship for the past three years.
In addition to his parents, Christopher is survived by his wife, Brittany, and daughter, Stella, as well as his brother Jonathan. Christopher and his wife are expecting another daughter in November.
Memorial plans for Christopher are pending. More information will be posted to the Harvest website as details become available.

TO THE ENTIRE LAURIE FAMILY…
May the Lord watch over you and bring you comfort during this extremely sad and most difficult time of your lives. My heart aches for you and your family. I pray that your faith in our Lord will bring you peace in some special way.
I will especially pray that Christohper’s wife, Brittany and daughter, Stella can endure such a loss of their huband and father. Please watch over Brittany and help her continue to carry their unborn little girl into this world safely while bearng such grief. I can’t even begin to imagine how difficult this will be.
